Dear Leaseholders,
Further to our correspondence below, we are pleased to advise that mobilisation is now nearing completion.
We have made significant progress in transferring information from the previous managing agent and finalising our systems. Whilst a small amount of data is still being reconciled, we anticipate that the remaining onboarding activities will be concluded shortly. Once complete, invitations to register for the MyPlace resident portal will be issued to all leaseholders.
Please be advised that the June service charge demands have been subject to a slight delay as part of the transition process. We anticipate that invoices will be issued within the next few weeks. We apologise for this delay and appreciate your patience whilst we ensure all information is accurate before issuing demands.
In addition, we would like to remind residents about some upcoming dates for your diary:
Meet & Greet with Your New Managing Agents
Tuesday 21st July 2026 | 4:00pm – 6:00pm
St Mary's Church Hall, Corner of Hammersmith Road and Edith Road, West Kensington, W14 0QL
This will be an opportunity to meet the Rendall & Rittner team, ask questions, and discuss any matters relating to the estate.
